Reviews and Ratings
I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel, which was such a shame because the location is gorgeous. The rooms had a musty smell, and the bathroom was in terrible shape with mold and poor lighting. Housekeeping never cleaned my room in four days despite me asking. Also, there was a lack of staffing that made everything from getting towels to reaching the front desk a hassle. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel for anyone, especially if you're planning a conference.
The hotel seemed to promise a lot but unfortunately fell short in several areas. While the staff was exceptional and the location was convenient, the rooms were not as described and lacked proper cleanliness. Dining options were quite expensive and not satisfactory, making the overall experience less enjoyable than expected.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, but they felt a bit dated and lacked modern amenities like USB ports. Service was hit or miss, with some staff showing exceptional friendliness while others seemed indifferent. On the dining front, dinner was decent but breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, I'd say the hotel has potential but needs improvements to truly shine.
I had a great time at the hotel, thanks to its lovely location and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and updated, although a little noisy due to adjoining room doors. The dining experience was surprisingly excellent in the hotel restaurant, but the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. Overall, it was a good value for the activities offered, yet there are areas that could use improvement.
I recently stayed at this resort for two nights, motivated by its great location and on-site dive shop, which made everything convenient. The property is older but well-kept and clean, with friendly bartenders at the Tiki Bar. However, my dining experiences fell short, as the restaurant service was slow, and there were some issues with the fitness center cleanliness. Overall, it served its purpose for my activities, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
